  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 2 jalapeño divided
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • As required Salt
  • pinch ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 pound pork rinds chicharrones
  • As required Cilantro chopped

Directions: Chicharron En Salsa Roja Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat up a griddle and then add in tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, garlic and cook it for a minute.
