  • 0.40 No.s purple corns
  • 1/10 No.s Pineapple
  • 1/5 No.s green apples
  • 1/5 No.s Limes
  • 1/10 cup Sugar
  • 1/20 tablespoon Clove
  • 0.40 No.s cinnamon sticks

Directions: Chicha Morada Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.chop the pineapple and freeze it in. add 18 cups of water in a pot and boil your corn, pineapple skin, 1 quartered apple, cloves and cinnamon in it.

step 2

  • STEP 1. cover it with a lid and let it simmer for 30 minutes. remove the lid after 30 minute and boil it uncovered for another 15 minutes.

step 3

  • STEP 1.strain the water, add lime juice and sugar in it. keep it in the refrigerator until it gets chilled and then serve with chopped pineapple and apples.
