Ingredients for Chicana Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Large bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 1/4 can Tomato Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 0.13 Onion, sliced into strips
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 Clove Garlic, Minced
  • 125 g Boneless beef chuck steak pieces
  • 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice .

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat a large skillet over medium heat. It should be large bottomed.
  • STEP 2.Add the steak, bell pepper and onion.
  • STEP 3.Pour the tomato sauce and water in the pan and season with garlic, cumin and chilli powder.
  • STEP 4.Place a lid and cook for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Squeeze some lemon juice and it is ready to serve!
