- 300 gram machh
- As required er matha
- 60 gram mustard oil
- 120 gram Onions
- 2 piece dried red chillies
- 2 piece bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon panch phoron
- 750 gram pui shaak
- 2 gram Salt
- 150 gram Potatoes
- 75 gram kathal
- As required er beej
- 240 gram mishti alu
- 400 gram kumro
- 220 gram brinjal
- 18 gram total salt
- 5 gram Turmeric
- 4 gram cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 6 gram green chillies
- 25 gram Sugar
- 8 gram Ghee

How to Make Chhyachra Recipe
STEP 01
Marinate the fish head with turmeric powder and salt
STEP 02
Wash the leaves of malabar spinach, remove the outer fiber from the stem, cut it and wash throughly.
STEP 03
Cook the spinach in a pan with salt and set aside
STEP 04
Fry the marinated fish heads and set aside. Fry the sliced onions next until they are golden and set aside
STEP 05
Put oil in a pan and add dried red chilies, bay leaves and panch phoran
STEP 06
Add the potatoes, spinach stem and the jackfruit seeds and rest of the veetble. Cover and cook until they are done.
STEP 07
Add turmeric powder,cumin powder,red chili powder, salt,green chilies and brinjals
STEP 08
Add the cooked spinach leaves, fried fish, onions, ghee and mix well.
