  • 1 cup Rice Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Carom seeds / ajwain seeds
  • As required Oil for pancakes

Directions: Chhir Chot Recipe

  • STEP 1.Combine rice flour, salt, carom seeds and tinywater to make a flowing batter.
  • STEP 2.Pour a ladle of batter on hot tawa to shapelike dosa.
  • STEP 3.Grease the perimeters and cook each layer till slight brownness.
  • STEP 4.Serve with hot tea and indian relish of your alternative
