  • As required FOR THE DOUGH
  • 75 gram Atta
  • 75 gram maida
  • 7 gram Salt
  • 14 gram Sugar
  • 8 gram Oil
  • 90 gram Warm Water
  • As required FOR THE FILLING
  • 100 gram chhatu
  • 70 gram Onions
  • 8 gram Ginger
  • 4 piece green chillies
  • 8 gram coriander leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon jowan
  • 2 teaspoon achaar
  • 5 tablespoon Water
  • As required oil for frying

Directions: Chhatu'r Porota Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a bowl take atta,maida,salt,sugar and oil to knead

  • STEP 2.Use warm water

step 3

  • STEP 3.Cover and rest for 30mins

step 4

  • STEP 4.For the filling in a bowl add chhatu

step 5

  • STEP 5.Add chopped onions,ginger,green chilies,coriander leaves,jowan,achar,salt sugar

step 6

  • STEP 6.Keep adding water to make it dough

step 7

  • STEP 7.Fill the dough with the filling of chhatu

step 8

  • STEP 8.And make paratha with rolling pin

step 9

  • STEP 9.Add flour to roll easily

step 10

  • STEP 10.Heat a tawa

step 11

  • STEP 11.Add oil to fry the porota

step 12

  • STEP 12.Fry both side

step 13

  • STEP 13.Serve with achar
