Ingredients for Chezzy Buttery Rolls Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 225 milliliter Whole milk
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 20 gram Live Yeast
  • 4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 tablespoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 2 cup Grated Cheese
  • As required Chicken Sausage
  • As required Tomato Sauce
  • As required Basil leaves

Directions: Chezzy Buttery Rolls Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Add 1/4 cup sugar, 225 ml whole milk, and 1/4 cup of vegetable oil to the non-stick pan and warm the mixture till it gets bubbly.

  • STEP 2.Let the mixture cool down to room temperature and add 20 gms of live yeast to it.

  • STEP 3.Add 4 cups of all-purpose flour to the prepared mixture. Run the empty oven for a minute and put the bread dough to proof for 30-40 minutes.

  • STEP 4.Mix the dough with 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 tbsp of baking soda and 1/4 tbsp of baking powder and roll it well. Make a nice rectangle out of it and add 1/2 cup of melted butter, 2 tbsp of dried oregano and 2 cups of grated cheese to it. Also, you can add chicken sausages to it and roll it out properly.

  • STEP 5.Cut it and place it in the baking tray and smear it with some milk. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven at 190 degrees celsius for 16 minutes. Prepare a tomato sauce and spread it over the cheesy buttery rolls to get a yummy taste. Garnish with some basil leaves.
