  • 1 Medium Sized Broccoli
  • 8 Garlic Pods
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 Medium Sized Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Cubes Of Cheese
  • As required Salt To Taste

  • STEP 1.Cut the broccoli and segregate the broccoli florets.

  • STEP 2.Wash them totally and crush them softly together with your hands.

  • STEP 3.Chop the garlic and onions
  • STEP 4.Heat butter during a pan & add shredded garlic, followed by shredded onions. Add salt to lock the method of change of state onions
  • STEP 5.Fry the onions on medium heat until they re golden brown . Add black pepper and combine . Add the broccoli florets followed by salt and combine well . cook until the broccoli soften.
  • STEP 6.Make sure to stir sometimes so as to forestall the broccoli from project to the lowest of the pan. Grate cheese and cowl. Serve hot!
