This paratha is my lil ones favourite. One day i felt like eating something cheesy, so i made two paratha. When i gave that to my little one, she absolutely loved it. So i am sure this will be your kids favourite. You can make this for your kids lunch box, cut into triangles and give this, so it will be easy for them to eat.

Ingredients for chesse stuffed paratha tawa Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Wheat Flour / Atta - + extra if needed
  • As required salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Oil -
  • As required Water as needed
  • 1/2 nos Onion - medium size chopped finely
  • 1/2 nos Carrot - grated
  • 1/2 nos Capsicum chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese - grated
  • As required Salt to taste Tomato ketchup or Pizza Sauce as needed
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli flakes -

Directions: Chesse Stuffed Paratha Tawa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Start by making dough, take flour, salt, oil in a bowl. rub well so oil is mixed in with the flour. .
  • STEP 2.Add in water slowly and knead to a soft smooth dough. Cover the dough with a bowl and set aside for 30 mins.
  • STEP 3.Mix all the ingredients given for filling except sauce and olives.
  • STEP 4.Place one rolled paratha near you, spread some sauce over it and spread filling over it,it. cover with other paratha, seal the edges Heat a tawa, put the paratha on hot tawa, cook for few sec, flip over, spread some oil over it, spread again, spread some more oil over it and cook on both sides till golden.
  • STEP 5.Remove and serve hot.
