Soak green gram in water for 2 hours
To this add melted and filed jaggery syrup from 400gm of jaggery.
Mix both the ingredients. Stir and cook till the syrup is dried out.
Add 5 glass of milk and continuously stir the mix.
Now take 2 tbsp of rice flour and mix well with the 2 cup of milk. Pour this into the vessel. Allow to boil.
Turn off the flame. Add a pinch of salt.
Garnish with roasted cashews, raisins and coconut bits.
