  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 350掳F (180掳C).
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine grated cottage cheese, sugar, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt.
  • STEP 3.Mix well until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  • STEP 4.Grease a baking dish with ghee or butter.
  • STEP 5.Pour the chena mixture into the baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • STEP 6.Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
