Pav buns stuffed with spicy schezwan sauteed vegetable and topped with melted cheese and mixed with schezwan sauce and sweet chilli sauce. Cheesy stuffed schezwan is a lip smacking recipe that can you can make for large crowds. The stuffed cheesy is an ultimate fusion of both Indian and Chinese flavors and spices. This cheesy pull apart bread can be served with the tea for evening snacks. Grated cheese is added for the texture and crisp.

Ingredients for Cheesy Stuffed Schezwan Pav Recipe

  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 6 Garlic finely chopped cloves
  • 2 No.s Onions finely chopped
  • 1 No.s Green chilli finely chopped
  • 1 cup Carrot finely chopped
  • 1 cup Capsicum finely cut
  • 1/2 cup Sweet corn
  • 1/4 cup Cabbage finely chopped
  • 5 Spring onions chopped stalks
  • 2 tablespoon Schezwan sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • As required Pav buns
  • As required Butter to apply on buns
  • As required Grated cheese for topping

Directions: Cheesy Stuffed Schezwan Pav Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a preheated pan add 1tsp oil, 6 cloves of garlic finely chopped, 2 onions finely chopped, 1 green chilli finely chopped. Saute till the onion softs and turns slightly brown.

  • STEP 1.Then add 1 cup finely chopped carrot, 1 cup finely cut capsicum,½ cup sweet corn, ¼ cup cabbage finely chopped. Saute till the vegetables start to release moisture.

  • STEP 1.Then add 5 stalks of spring onions chopped, 2 tbsp schezwan sauce, 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce. Saute on high for 2 to 3 minutes.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Cut pav buns making a cross at the centre. Butter the pavs inside and out and fill it with the spicy schezwan vegetable.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Grate cheese over the top of the stuffed pavs. Bake it at 200 degrees till the cheese melts. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
