How to Make Cheesy Stuffed Schezwan Pav Recipe

In a preheated pan add 1tsp oil, 6 cloves of garlic finely chopped, 2 onions finely chopped, 1 green chilli finely chopped. Saute till the onion softs and turns slightly brown.

Then add 1 cup finely chopped carrot, 1 cup finely cut capsicum,½ cup sweet corn, ¼ cup cabbage finely chopped. Saute till the vegetables start to release moisture.

Then add 5 stalks of spring onions chopped, 2 tbsp schezwan sauce, 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce. Saute on high for 2 to 3 minutes.

Cut pav buns making a cross at the centre. Butter the pavs inside and out and fill it with the spicy schezwan vegetable.

Grate cheese over the top of the stuffed pavs. Bake it at 200 degrees till the cheese melts. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
