Ingredients for Cheesy rice ball Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup cooked rice
  • 3/4 Pieces small chopped onion
  • 1/2 Pieces clove chopped garlic
  • 1/4 Pieces add grated carrot
  • 1/2 Teaspoons chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 Tbsp chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 Tsp kasuri methi
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Cups Oil for frying
  • 3/4 Pieces cheese cube
  • 1/4 Tsp oregano
  • 0.13 Cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 Tbsp flour

Directions: Cheesy Rice Ball Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mashed cooked rice first. Then add all the ingredients except cheese and mix well. Now make small balls and keep aside. Cut the cheese in small pieces. Make a hole in the ball and put the cheese and again make round ball.
  • STEP 2.Next take flour and add water ,salt and make a slurry. Now dip the rice ball in the flour slurry and coat with bread crumbs. Keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil for frying. Fry the balls on medium heat till golden in colour. Remove from fire.
  • STEP 4.Serve hot with any dip or chutney.
