STEP 1.Mashed cooked rice first. Then add all the ingredients except cheese and mix well.
Now make small balls and keep aside.
Cut the cheese in small pieces.
Make a hole in the ball and put the cheese and again make round ball.
STEP 2.Next take flour and add water ,salt and make a slurry. Now dip the rice ball in the flour slurry and coat with bread crumbs. Keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
STEP 3.Heat oil for frying. Fry the balls on medium heat till golden in colour. Remove from fire.
STEP 4.Serve hot with any dip or chutney.
