Ingredients for Cheesy Paneer Masala Recipe

  • 2 cup Tomato puree
  • 2 tablespoon Cheese spread
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 Onion finely chopped Nos
  • 1 inch Ginger finely chopped
  • 6 Garlic finely chopped cloves
  • 2 Badi elaichi Nos
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 200 gram Paneer cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Kasuri methi

Directions: Cheesy Paneer Masala Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a blender jar add 2 cups tomato puree, 2 tbsp cheese spread. Blend till well combined.

  • STEP 1.In a preheated pan add 1 tsp oil, 1 onion finely chopped, 1 inch ginger finely chopped, 6 cloves garlic finely chopped. Saute till onions are soft and turn golden brown.

  • STEP 1.Add 2 badi elaichi (black cardamom). Add the blended tomato cheese puree, ½ tsp turmeric (haldi) powder, 1 tsp red powder, 1 tsp garam masala and1 tbsp honey. Stir to mix well. Simmer and allow to bubble for a few minutes.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Next add 200 gm paneer cubes, 1tbsp kasuri methi and gently mix together. Simmer for a few more minutes. Turn off the heat.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Cheesy paneer masala is ready. Serve hot with phulkas or tawa paratha.
