  • 6 Garlic finely chopped cloves
  • 1 Onion finely chopped Nos
  • 200 gram Mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Sweet corn
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 tablespoon Britannia Mexican chilli Cheese Spreadz
  • As required Parsley leaves a few
  • As required Sliced bread or baguette to toast

How to Make Cheesy Mushroom And Corn Open Toast Recipe

STEP 01

1 in a hot pan and 1 tsp oil, 6 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 finely chopped onion.

STEP 02

2 saute for a few minutes till the onions turn soft and golden brown.

STEP 03

3 then add 200 grams washed and sliced button mushrooms. Do not add any salt as the mushrooms release a lot of moisture. Saute till the mushrooms become soft and roasted.

4 add ¼ cup sweet corn, ¼ tsp turmeric powder for colour and 1 pinch of salt. Stir well.

STEP 05

5 next add 3 tbsp britannia mexican chilli cheese spreadz. Mix well to combine all the ingredients. Add a few chopped parsley leaves.turn of the heat.

STEP 06

6 apply butter to slices of baguette bread or regular bread and toast them on a flat pan till crispy and well toasted.

STEP 07

7 place the toast on a plate and top with a spoonful of cheesy mushroom and corn.
