Ingredients for Cheesy Loaded Nachos Recipe

  • As required Ingredients for Cheese sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon All purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 3 tablespoon Britannia Mexican chilli cheese speadz
  • As required Ingredients for Spicy Beans
  • 1 cup Cooked Rajma
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 No.s Onion
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 cup Tomato puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • As required Salt
  • As required Ingredients for Salsa
  • 4 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 green chilly chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 juice of lime
  • As required Salt
  • As required Chopped coriander leaves

Directions: Cheesy Loaded Nachos Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grate 200 gms britannia cheese block

  • STEP 2.1 in a hot saucepan add 1 tbsp butter, add 1 tbsp all purpose flour and stir till the butter melts.
  • STEP 3.Then add ½ cup milk and keep stirring till it thickens and becomes sauce with no lumps.add salt to taste.
  • STEP 4.At this stage add 3 tbsp britannia mexican chilli cheese spreadz and keep stirring till the cheese melts and combines with the sauce to make a smooth thick sauce. Turn off the heat and keep the cheese sauce aside.
  • STEP 5.To make the spicy beans, drizzle 1 tsp oil in a preheated pan and add 1 finely chopped onion , 4 cloves of garlic finely chopped. Saute for 3 to 4 minutes till the onions turn soft and become golden in colour.
  • STEP 6.Next add 1 cup of cooked rajma, 1 tbsp tabasco sauce, ¼ cup tomato puree,¼ tsp red chilli powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin powder, salt to taste.
  • STEP 7.Give it a stir and toss it on high heat for 3 to 4 minutes and the beans are ready. Sprinkle chopped parsley leaves and keep beans aside.
  • STEP 8.To make the salsa, in a mixing bowl add 4 chopped tomatoes, 1 chopped green chilly, 1 chopped onion, 1 tbsp tabasco sauce, 1 tsp sugar, salt to taste, ¼ tsp red chilli powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder and juice of 1 lime. Toss the ingredients together and check for seasoning. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves.
  • STEP 9.To assemble the cheesy loaded nachos, arrange a bottom layer of nachos on a flat baking tray, spoon a layer of spicy beans on top of the nachos and spread it so that it covers all the nachos evenly.
  • STEP 10.Next layer sprinkle ¼ cup sliced jalapenos and ¼ cup sliced black olive. Then spoon a few tbsp of the salsa on top.
  • STEP 11.Finally, sprinkle some more olives and salsa and top it with the grated britannia cheese. Place the baking tray in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
