  • 4 Slices bacon cooked and drained
  • 15 ounce 1 bag frozen country style shredded ore ida hash browns, defrosted
  • 1/4 cup Chopped onion regular or green onions
  • 1/2 Large clove of garlic chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 5.38 ounce 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1.50 tablespoon Butter or margarine melted
  • 1/2 cup Evaporated milk could use regular milk
  • 12.50 Ritz crackers crushed
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese of your choice i used mexican 4 cheese blend
