  • 2 sheets puff pastry
  • 5 Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • As required Salt

  • STEP 1.Grease a 9x13" baking dish with melted butter.
  • STEP 2.Cut the dough and roll the croissants.
  • STEP 3.Fill the baking dish with croissants
  • STEP 4.Beat eggs, milk, cream and season with salt and pepper.
