Ingredients for Cheesy Chutney Aloo Bomb Recipe

  • 1.50 pieces Medium boiled potatoes
  • 1/4 tbsp Chilli flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • as required Salt as required
  • 1/2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 0.13 cup Fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 0.13 cup Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 pieces spicy green chillies
  • 1/4 g Piece ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp tbsp roasted
  • 0.06 cup Grated fresh coconut
  • 1/4 tsp Snauf
  • 1/4 tsp Chat masala
  • to taste To taste salt
  • 0.13 Tbsp lemon (juice)
  • 0.06 cup Sweet corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup Grated cheese
  • 0.13 cup Corn flour
  • 1/2 tbsp maida
  • to taste to taste Salt
  • as required water
  • as required Bread crumbs
  • as required Oil for frying
  • as required eggless Mayonnaise
  • as required Tomato ketchup

Directions: Cheesy Chutney Aloo Bomb Recipe

  • STEP 1.To make aloo outer covering..peel and mash boiled potatoes in mixing bowl. Add chilli flakes, oregano, salt and corn flour. Mix well to make dough. Keep aside.
  • STEP 2.To make cheese- mint chutney stuffing..in mixer jar add green chillies, ginger, roasted gram, fennel seeds,grated coconut and grind it coarsely. Add mint leaves, chopped coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice and grind again to make thick paste.(Don't add water).
  • STEP 3.Transfer this mint chutney in bowl. Add & mix grated cheese and chat masala. Stuffing chutney ready.
  • STEP 4.To make slurry..mix corn flour,maida,salt. Add enough water to make slurry.
  • STEP 5.Make 8-10 equal portions balls of prepared aloo mixture. Flattened each aloo ball make cavity,add 5-6 sweet corn kernels and stuff with little cheese mint chutney. Bring all edges together and make smooth aloo ball. Similarly prepare all.
  • STEP 6.To make bread crumbs..toast 1 pav bread. Grind along with 4 rusk toasts to make crumbs.
  • STEP 7.Heat oil for frying. Dip each cheese mint chutney stuffed aloo balls in corn flour slurry. Coat with bread crumbs. Similarly prepare all.
  • STEP 8.Keep these prepared cheese mint chutney aloo balls in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
  • STEP 9.Deep fry these cooled cheese mint chutney stuffed aloo balls 2-3 at a time in hot oil on medium flame till crispy golden.
  • STEP 10.Serve /Relish Delicious Hot Cheese-Chutney Aloo Bombs with mayonnaise and tomato ketchup.
