STEP 1.First in a bowl add mustard oil,red chilli powder and mix together. Now add coriander powder, garam masala, roasted cumin seeds ,rock salt ,chaat masala, Salt to taste mix again . Now add paste , lemon juice ,kasoori methi and besan .mix them well and add curd and mix it again.
STEP 2.Now add all the veggies to it and mix it . Leave for 10 min. After 10 min . In a pan take 2 tsp oil and add the marinated veggies to it . Stir fry for 5 min. Until it starts leaving pan.Mix 3 tsp mayonnaise and green chutney in a bowl.Now take breads and remove the sides of bread . Now cut circles out of it . Take some circles and cut circle out of them which would be of smaller size than it . Now on the big circle apple mayonnaise and spread evenly.Now add stuffing to it and add cheese to it . Now with the ring cover it and sprinkle some pizza herbs and chilli flakes over it . Now bake for 10 min until the cheese melts. Now enjoy ....
