Ingredients for Cheesse Sunflower Paratha Recipe

  • 2 cup Whole wheat flour
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 cups Grated processed cheese
  • 1 cup Grated capsicum
  • 1 cup Grated carrot
  • 1 cup Grated cabbage
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)
  • 3 Pieces Chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • a pinch as needed Oil/ghee

Directions: Cheesse Sunflower Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Combine the whole wheat flour and salt in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
  • STEP 2.For stuffing mix all ingredients given for stuffing.
  • STEP 3.Take small portion of dough and roll a roti. Like wise prepare another roti.
  • STEP 4.Now spread stuffing over one roti and cover it with another roti. With help of fork press gently around roti.
  • STEP 5.Heat a pan and cook Paratha well from both sides by applying oil.
  • STEP 6.Remove Paratha from pan. Cut it's upper layer into 8 parts with help of pizza cutter/knife. Now take out this portion, it will look like petals.
  • STEP 7.Sunflower Paratha is ready. Serve with curd or butter.
