STEP 1.Combine the whole wheat flour and salt in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
STEP 2.For stuffing mix all ingredients given for stuffing.
STEP 3.Take small portion of dough and roll a roti. Like wise prepare another roti.
STEP 4.Now spread stuffing over one roti and cover it with another roti. With help of fork press gently around roti.
STEP 5.Heat a pan and cook Paratha well from both sides by applying oil.
STEP 6.Remove Paratha from pan. Cut it's upper layer into 8 parts with help of pizza cutter/knife. Now take out this portion, it will look like petals.
STEP 7.Sunflower Paratha is ready. Serve with curd or butter.
