A favourite heartwarming South Indian breakfast dish. And also a fusion food made with South Indian base and with North Indian style masala filling.
STEP 1.Grind onion tomato ginger garlic chilli powder and salt
STEP 2.make it to a paste. In a kadai add oil after gets heated add the paste you grinded fry it well till oil gets separated and then keep it aside. Masala is now ready for adding on dosa(should add it when we add dosa batter on tawa)
STEP 3.Step 2:- Stuffing
STEP 4.Onions finely chopped(2)
STEP 5.Carrots finely chopped(2)
STEP 6.Capsicum finely chopped (2)
STEP 7.Tomatoes finely chopped (2)
STEP 8.Chopped Coriander leaves a handful
STEP 9.Chat masala powder 2 teaspns(any chat masala powder is ok bcoz as we get so many types in market here i used everest chat masala)
STEP 10.Salt to taste
STEP 11.Step 3 :- mixing
STEP 12.(1)now take a bowl add chopped onions(onions are optional) Capsicum and carrots.... Add required salt and 1 teaspn chat masala mix them well and Keep it aside
STEP 13.(2)now take another bowl add tomatoes add salt and 1 teaspn chat Masala mix them well and Keep it aside.
STEP 14.Grater paneer as you require
STEP 15.Grater Cheese as you require.
STEP 16.Step 4 :- preparing
STEP 17.(1)Take tawa put it on stove heat it now add oil and spread it after that add dosa batter spread it well.(Keep tawa in low flame after heating)
STEP 18.(2)On the top of dosa batter add 2 spns of masala which you prepared(2 to 7), on top of that spread onion, carrot, capsicum mixture,tomatoes and coriander leaves. On that top add grater paneer and cheese now close the tawa with a lid. Let all cook for 5 minutes. Your paneer cheese vegetable dosa is ready.
STEP 19.Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish as you wish. Serve with sambar or any chutney.
