  • 1 No.s parottu
  • 1/4 No.s sliced Onion
  • 0.13 No.s grated Carrot
  • 0.13 No.s chopped Capsicum
  • 1/2 No.s chopped Green Chilies
  • As required A few chopped Spring Onions
  • 1/2 No.s Eggs
  • 0.38 tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste
  • As required A few chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tablespoon Chili Paste
  • 3/4 piece Cheese
  • As required Fried Chicken
  • 1/4 cup Fresh milk
  • 3/4 tablespoon Oil
  • 3/4 tablespoon grated Mozzarella cheese

Directions: Cheese Kuttu Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 heat some oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste, eggs, sliced onion, grated carrot, chopped capsicum, chopped green chillies and saute everything for a while.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 now add some salt and chilli paste, pepper, parottas and mix it well.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 add cheese, fresh milk, coriander leaves, chopped spring onions and some gravy.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 combine the ingredients well and add some fried chicken.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 give it a nice stir top with some cheese and your cheese kuttu is ready to be served
