Cheese Garlic Toast is a side dish from Italy. It can be eaten as brunch/snacks. These Cheese Garlic Bread were stuffed with generous amount of grated mozzarella cheese, boilec corns, minced garlic & lots of herbs apart from different types of condiments.

Ingredients for Cheese Garlic Bread Recipe

  • 320 gms All purpose flour
  • 1/5 Litre Luke warm milk
  • 1 tbsp Dry active yeast
  • 3 tbsp Granular sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Boiled corn kernels
  • 2 g Minced garlic
  • 1 cup Grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp Melted butter
  • 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Mixed italian herbs
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Mixed herbs
  • 2 tbsp All purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp white oil

Directions: Cheese Garlic Bread Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. add the yeast to the luke warm water & keep aside for
  • STEP 2.2. 10 minutes for proofing.
  • STEP 3.3. sieve the flour & salt together.
  • STEP 4.4. add the yeast solution to it
  • STEP 5.5. add the secret solution to the dough & mix well.
  • STEP 6.6. knead the dough for at least 15 minutes ,while pulling & stretching
  • STEP 7.7. add the butter time to time while kneading.
  • STEP 8.8. tuck the dough & put in a greased bowl & pour some melted butter over it.
  • STEP 9.9. cover it with a cling film & keep for 30 minutes to one hour for proofing.
  • STEP 10.10. then punch the dough a little & knead for one to two minutes.
  • STEP 11.11. divide it into 2/3 pieces.
  • STEP 12.12. roll it into a big roundel of 1/2 inch thick.
  • STEP 13.13. apply some butter to it
  • STEP 14.14. place boiled corn kernel, minced garlic, grated
  • STEP 15.15. mozzarella cheese & other condiments on half of it.
  • STEP 16.16. fold the other half as shown in the picture.
  • STEP 17.17. seal the border with the help of water.
  • STEP 18.18. apply some more butter.
  • STEP 19.19. sprinkle red chilli flakes,fresh herbs & mixed Italian herbs over it.
  • STEP 20.20. A cut through half of the bread with gap of two inches.
  • STEP 21.21. keep them in a greased tray & cover with a kitchen
  • STEP 22.22. towel for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • STEP 23.23. now bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degree for
  • STEP 24.24. 15/20 minutes.
  • STEP 25.25. take out from the oven & apply little butter on them
  • STEP 26.26. cover with damp kitchen towel for 20 minutes before gobbling them down
