  • 1 tbsp maida

  • 0.67 tsp Chili flakes
  • 0.33 tsp Oregano
  • 0.33 tsp Mixed herbs

Directions: Cheese Garlic Bread Recipe

  • STEP 1.garlic dough recipe:
  • STEP 2.firstly, in a large mixing bowl take warm milk, dry yeast and sugar. mix well.
  • STEP 3.rest for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 4.furthermore, add pinch of salt, garlic and oregano.
  • STEP 5.additionally add butter and maida. start to knead the dough.
  • STEP 6.further, coat the dough with oil and rest for 2 hours.
  • STEP 7.garlic bread recipe:
  • STEP 8.further, punch the dough.
  • STEP 9.in a small bowl mix in butter, garlic and coriander leaves.
  • STEP 10.spread the prepared garlic butter over the dough generously.
  • STEP 11.further top with mozzarella cheese on half of the dough.
  • STEP 12.also season with chili flakes and oregano.
  • STEP 13.fold the dough and seal the edges.
  • STEP 14.furthermore, brush generous amount of prepared garlic butter.
  • STEP 15.also top with chili flakes and mixed herbs.
  • STEP 16.make marks over bread without cutting them fully.
  • STEP 17.bake in preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 18.cut the garlic bread into pieces and serve.
