Ingredients for Cheese Balls Recipe

  • 1/2 Pieces Boiled Potatoes
  • 0.08 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 0.08 tsp Oregano
  • 0.08 tsp Chilli flakes
  • to taste Salt
  • As Required Water as needed
  • 8.33 g Amul cheese
  • 1/25 tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.17 tsp Chat masala
  • As Required Oil as needed

Directions: Cheese Balls Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take boiled potatoes and 1/4 cup breadcrumbs in a bowl and mix well.

  • STEP 2.Add salt, chilli flakes, oregano, chat masala powder and 1 tbsp cornflour.

  • STEP 3.Mix well and make lemon size balls.

  • STEP 4.Make a paste from 1 tbsp cornflour, chilli powder and some water.

  • STEP 5.Fill grated Amul Cheese in each balls and close the balls again.

  • STEP 6.Dip each balls in cornflour paste.

  • STEP 7.Coat with breadcrumbs and cornflour mixture.

  • STEP 8.Fry these balls in Appe pan till golden brown in colour.
