Ingredients for Cheese and Tomato Grilled Sandwich Recipe

  • 2.67 Pieces Bread slices
  • 1.33 tbsp Butter
  • 0.33 g Large tomato sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cheese grated
  • 0.33 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.33 tsp Mixed herbs
  • 0.67 tsp Chilli flakes
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Cheese And Tomato Grilled Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all apply butter on four slices of bread. Now on two slices, put tomato slices. Now sprinkle salt, black pepper powder, chilli flakes and mixed herbs on top. Now cover it with grated cheese. Now cover the prepared slices with the other two slices and apply butter on top.
  • STEP 2.Heat a non stick pan on medium heat and put the sandwiches butterside down in the pan. Now apply butter on the top of the sandwiches too. Now cover it with a lid and cook it on slow to medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Now flip it and cook it again until golden brown on the other side also. Prepare other two sandwiches in the same way.
  • STEP 3.Cut the sandwiches according to your liking and serve it with tomato sauce or chutney.
