STEP 1.Take a bowl add cheena,all purpose flour,suji and mix well
STEP 2.,knead it tomake smooth dough.
STEP 3.Take the cheena dough and make walnut shaped ball.
STEP 4.Heat sugar and water in a pan and make one string consistency and add cardamom powder in it.
STEP 5.Now sugar syrup is ready.
STEP 6.Heat clarified butter in a pan and deep fry the walnut shaped cheena ball on a medium flame until dark brown and place deep into the sugar syrup for two hours
