  • 31.25 Gms Cheena
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 0.13 Cup Water
  • 0.13 Tsp All purpose flour
  • 0.13 Tsp Suji
  • 0.03 Tsp Green cardamom powder
  • As Required Clarified butter - for frying

Directions: Cheena Jhilli Odiya Recipe Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl add cheena,all purpose flour,suji and mix well
  • STEP 2.,knead it tomake smooth dough.
  • STEP 3.Take the cheena dough and make walnut shaped ball.
  • STEP 4.Heat sugar and water in a pan and make one string consistency and add cardamom powder in it.
  • STEP 5.Now sugar syrup is ready.
  • STEP 6.Heat clarified butter in a pan and deep fry the walnut shaped cheena ball on a medium flame until dark brown and place deep into the sugar syrup for two hours
