Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the bratwurst until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • STEP 2.In the same skillet, add the sliced peppers and onions and sauté until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
  • STEP 3.Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Top with cooked bratwurst, sautéed peppers and onions, and another tortilla.
