  • STEP 1.Make a batter by mixing together rice flour, water, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter to make thin pancakes.
  • STEP 3.Prepare the filling by cooking chicken or beef with spices and onions, or by mixing grated coconut with jaggery and cardamom powder.
  • STEP 4.Layer the pancakes and filling alternately in a greased baking dish.
  • STEP 5.Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and crispy.
  • STEP 6.Allow it to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

  • Make sure the pancakes are thin and cooked evenly to ensure a crispy texture.
