  • 1/2 Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Tomatoes, Chopped

  • 1 Green Chilies, Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Amchur Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash the okra and pat dry. Trim the ends and cut them into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and saute until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, amchur powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add the chopped okra and cook on medium heat until they are crispy and cooked through.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
