  • 1.50 Pieces Sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Roundel of onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 3/4 Tbsp Grated garlic
  • 1/4 Cups Tamarind sweet chutney
  • 1/2 Tbsp Red chilli flex
  • 3/4 Tbsp Chopped coriander
  • 3/4 Tbsp Chopped mint leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp Black salt
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Pieces Charcoal
  • 1/4 Cup Hung curd
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped mint leaves
  • To Taste Salt

Directions: Chatpata Tandoori Shakarkandi Recipe

  • STEP 1.In hot boiling water put sweet potatoes and par boil it
  • STEP 2.Then take them out when sweet potatoes come to room temperature peel it's skin and cut into roundels
  • STEP 3.Then in a bowl take olive oil add garlic grated,red chilli flex,sweet tamarind chutney,black salt,salt to taste,chopped coriander leaves,chopped mint leaves,
  • STEP 4.Mix all well to this add roundels of sweet potatoes coat the mixture on sweet potatoes
  • STEP 5.Place live charcoal in this bowl cover bowl for 5 minutes
  • STEP 6.Then take these roundels of sweet potatoes and put it on griller and grill it for 5 - 10 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Prepare the mint flavoured hung curd dip by mixing hung curd,red chilli powder,garlic powder,salt,black salt,chopped mint leaves
  • STEP 8.Serve the shakarkandi chaat with roundels of onion on it with mint flavoured hung curd deep
