Ingredients for Chatpata Kerela Recipe

  • 62.50 gms Karela
  • 1/2 Pieces onion ( finely chopped )
  • 1 g 4-5 G
  • 1/4 g Raw mango
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • As Required As per taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Fennel seeds powder
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • as required water
  • 1/4 g pinch Hin
  • 1.75 g 7-8 g
  • 1/4 tbsp Oil

Directions: Chatpata Kerela Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and cut in small sizes. Also chop onion, green chili, and mango. Add everything to a big pot and add all dry masala, salt, and water. Cover the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 2.After that, you can check it's done. Now take a kadhai add oil and add chopped garlic and hing.
  • STEP 3.Now add ready karela sabji and stir it occasionally
  • STEP 4.Our karela sabji is ready to serve. Have it with roti, paratha, or puri.
