  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Green Chilies, Slit
  • 1 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • as per your need Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, onions, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add tomatoes, spices, and cook until the tomatoes are soft and oil separates.
  • STEP 4.Add the marinated chicken and cook until it is tender and cooked through.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.

Cooking Tips

  • For a spicier version, you can add more red chili powder or green chilies.
  • You can add a squeeze of lemon juice for an extra tangy flavor.
  • If you prefer a milder taste, reduce the amount of red chili powder.
