Ingredients for Char Siu Pork Recipe

  • 500 gram boneless plum pork chop
  • 60 gram hoi sin sauce
  • 20 gram chu hou sauce
  • 10 gram southern milk
  • 10 gram red fermented bean curd
  • 1/2 teaspoon mei kuei lui chiew
  • 1/4 teaspoon five spice powder
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • As required golden syrup
  • As required Vegetable Oil

  • STEP 1.After washing the pork chop, wipe dry with kitchen paper. Use a fork to sub-hole.
