Ingredients for Chapatis halwa Recipe

  • 1.67 Pieces Chapatis
  • 1.33 teaspoon Ghee
  • 0.33 teaspoon Cardmom powder
  • 100 gram Sugar

Directions: Chapatis Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Break the roti and grind it in a grinding jar.
  • STEP 2.Now put ghee in a pan, if it becomes hot, then put the grinded roti and take it for 4-5 minutes if it becomes light red then remove it.
  • STEP 3.Now sugar syrup has to be put, if it starts boiling, then add the grinded roti and mix it well, now keep the gas low and cook a little for 4-5 minutes, when the sugar syrup dries up, then turn off the gas. have to give
  • STEP 4.For pudding, sugar syrup has to be prepared first by adding 300 grams of sugar in 11/2 glasses of water and making sugar syrup.
  • STEP 5.Do not dry the halwa much because after cooling down, the halwa itself will thicken, now the halwa with roti is ready, it is very tasty and healthy too.
