  • 1/10 Juice Lime

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak the rice noodles in warm water until they are soft and pliable.
  • STEP 2.In a wok or large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and add your choice of protein (such as chicken, beef, or tofu). Cook until browned and cooked through.
  • STEP 3.Add garlic, shallots, and vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, and bean sprouts) to the wok and stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • STEP 4.Push the ingredients to one side of the wok and crack an egg into the empty space. Scramble the egg until cooked, then mix it with the rest of the ingredients.
