Ingredients for Channa dal crispy sticks Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Channa dal ( Soaked in water overnight)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli paste
  • 1/4 tsp Elachi powder
  • 1/2 cup cup oil for fryin

Directions: Channa Dal Crispy Sticks Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a mixer grinder put Channa dal grind it properly.
  • STEP 2.Take a bowl put Channa dal mixer and add all the ingredients mix it properly.
  • STEP 3.With the help of hand spread mixture on hand then put in hot oil for frying.
  • STEP 4.Fry till yellow colour.
  • STEP 5.Then cut into sticks shape.
  • STEP 6.Then after deep fry the sticks till golden brown.
  • STEP 7.Then serve hot crispy sticks.
