Ingredients for Changezi Chicken Recipe
- 750 piece gram chicken
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- As required Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2.50 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 6 teaspoon Oil
- 1 No.s sliced onion
- 8-10 No.s Cashews
- 1 No.s bay leaf
- 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
- 2 No.s green cardamoms
- 1 No.s black cardamom
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon chicken masala
- 1 cup Tomato Puree
- 2-3 No.s chopped green chillies
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 pinch dry fenugreek leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
- 2 tablespoon fresh cream

How to Make Changezi Chicken Recipe
In a bowl take chicken and add some yogurt, ginger garlic pate, lemon juice, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and mix everything well and keep it aside for 30 minutes to marinate.
Heat a pan and add oil, sliced onions, cashews, salt. Roast everything and take it out in a bowl
Take this tadka in a blender and blend with a little amount of water.
Heat some oil in a pan and roast your chicken for 3-4 minutes until it turns light brown.
Heat 2 tbps of oil in a pan and add bay leaves, cinnamon stick, green cardamoms, black cardamom and saute it.
Add the prepared onion cashew paste in it with a dash of water, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and roast it lightly.
Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder and chicken masala..
Roast it for 30 seconds and add tomato puree and chopped red chillies.
Mix everything well and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
Now add chicken and milk to the pan and mix well.
Add ½ cup water. Cover and cook for 7-10 minutes.
Finally add fenugreek powder, chat masala and fresh cream.
Give it a stir and cook for another 30 seconds and your changezi chicken is ready to be served.
