  • 1.25 Le Spices

  • 1 Tomatoes, Pureed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 cup Water

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer cubes until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.In the same pan, add cumin seeds, bay leaf, and whole spices.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, and spices. Cook until the oil separates.
  • STEP 4.Add water and simmer the gravy. Add fried paneer cubes and cook for a few more minutes.
