Directions: Chana Dal With Dry Prawns Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak chana dal for 30 minutes. Drain the water.
  • STEP 2.In a pressure cooker, add soaked chana dal, water, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 3-4 whistles or until dal is soft.
  • STEP 3.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and dry red chilies. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
