  • 1/2 cups Chana dal
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped onions
  • 0.13 cup coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 0.13 cup Mintleaf leaves finely chopped
  • 0.13 As Required Curry leaves
  • 0.13 tsp Cinnamon and cloves powder
  • 1/4 inch Ginger
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Refined oil for

  • STEP 1.Soak chana dal for 2 hrs ...rinse all the water in it, take a blender add chana dal, green chillies and ginger make a coarse paste ...
  • STEP 2.Take the mixture in bowl nd add the remaining ingredients Except oil. Check for the seasoning..
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in pan ,, wet your hands then take a peda size dough into your palms give it a patty shape then deep fry it .
  • STEP 4.Serve with chutney and sauce or have it with cup of hot tea or hot hot coffee in rain.......
