  • 1/4 tablespoon ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 tablespoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon cumin Powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon tamarind soaked in 2 tbsp of water
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Jaggery
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
  • As required coriander leaves – for garnishing
  • As required salt to Taste
