How to Make Chamorro En Salsa Recipe

STEP 01

In a large pot add tomatillos, onions,garlic,serrano chilies and water, boil it for 5 minutes then drain

STEP 02

Once cooled then blend it into a smooth paste.

STEP 03

Season the beef with salt and pepper both side

STEP 04

Heat oil in a skillet, add the beef in and cook for 5 minutes. Then add salsa verde to the skilet, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
