Ingredients for Chamorro En Salsa Recipe

  • 6 tomatillos
  • 1/4 onion slices
  • 2 serrano chiles
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 Rumba Meats beef hind shank
  • 2 teaspoon salt divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Directions: Chamorro En Salsa Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a large pot add tomatillos, onions,garlic,serrano chilies and water, boil it for 5 minutes then drain
  • STEP 2.Once cooled then blend it into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.Season the beef with salt and pepper both side
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a skillet, add the beef in and cook for 5 minutes. Then add salsa verde to the skilet, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
