How to Make Chakkakuru Mezhukupuratti Recipe

STEP 01

Take a pressure cooker and add in 2 ½ cups of skinned and chopped jackfruit seeds, 1 cup of water and ¾ tsp of turmeric powder.

Grind 1 tbsp kahmiri chilly powder with ½ cup of shallots. Keep aside.

STEP 01

Set a pan, add 2 tbsp of oil, 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1 sprig of curry leaves and the ground paste. Saute for a minute.

Transfer the cooked jackfruit seeds into the pan and cook in low flame for 5 minutes.

Turn off the flame after 5 minutes and the dish is ready.
