Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Remove the seeds from the ripe jackfruit and chop the flesh into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Blend the jackfruit pieces in a food processor until smooth.
  • STEP 3.Heat a pan and add the jackfruit pulp, jaggery, and ghee. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 4.Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Transfer the mixture to a greased plate and spread it evenly.
