Simple buttermilk recipe prepared from blending curd along with some water. Flavoured with chaat masala, black salt and coriander leaves.

Ingredients for Chaas Recipe

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 stalk Coriander leaves
  • 2 No.s Green chillies
  • 1.50 teaspoon Black salt
  • 1 tablespoon Chaat masala

Directions: Chaas Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a grinder and add green chillies, mint leaves, add water and grind.
  • STEP 2.Now add a bowl of curd in it and a glass of water, add half a spoon of cardamom powder, fenugreek, black salt and grind well.
  • STEP 3.Take the chaas out,  garnish with some chaat masala and mint.
  • STEP 4.Keep in refrigerator and serve chilled.
