  • 4 tablespoon glutinous rice
  • 17.25 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk
  • 0.70 tablespoon Salt
  • 290 gram palm sugar
  • 9 Nos pandan leaves
  • 55 gram rice flour
  • 25 gram corn flour
  • 15 gram mung bean flour
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • As required Creamed corn
  • As required Kidney Beans
  • 4 cup coconut milk

How to Make Cendol Recipe

STEP 01

Soak glutinous rice for 4 hours minimum

STEP 02

Steam the rice and once cooked add a pinch of salt

STEP 03

Mix well and keep it aside

STEP 04

Take a pot add palm sugar,½ cup water knotted pandan leaves, heat it at low heat and keep it aside

STEP 05

Now grind pandan leaves,¾ cup water and make a paste

STEP 06

Then mix rice flour,corn flour,mung bean flour,salt and pandan paste altogether

STEP 01

pour the rice flour and pandan mixture in a pot and cook until it turns thick and glossy

STEP 01

in a bowl add 5 cup of water,& ice cubes

STEP 01

now put the mixture in a plastics bag and snip off the top

step 10

STEP 01

now squeeze the mixture and allow strands of rice flour mixture/jelly into the bowl of cold water

step 11

STEP 01

add a pinch of salt to the coconut milk,8 cups of water and keep it aside

STEP 01

take a glass/mug and add rice flour jelly,cream corn, kidney beans & glutinous rice

add palm sugar syrup,top with ice cubes & coconut milk
