How to Make Celery Stir Fry Pork Recipe
wash and pluck all the leaves off a bunch of celery stalks. Cut the stalks into 1 ½ inch pieces.
thinly sliced 1 red chili and 1 green chili.
roughly crush 4 cloves of garlic.
1 thinly slice 300 gm pork shoulder and place it in a mixing bowl.
add ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp baking soda to tenderize the pork, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp chinese cooking wine, 2 tsp cornstarch. Mix it well to ensure the pork is well coated. Cover the bowl and let the meat marinate for 20 minutes.
place a wok on the heat and heat it till it begins to emit smoke. Then add 1 tbsp oil and swirl it around to cover the hot surface of the wok.
add the marinated pork pieces and stir it briskly on high heat for 2 minutes till the colour of the meat changes.
5 turn off the heat and remove the wok.
6 transfer the pork to a bowl.
7 add 2 tsp oil to the same wok and add 1 bunch celery stalks chopped into 1 ½ inch pieces, 4 smashed cloves garlic and 1 red and 1 green chili sliced.
8 stir fry on high heat for 3 minutes. If softer vegetables are desired, cook for longer.
9 add salt and mix well.
