  • 1/2 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped celery, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes until celery is tender.
  • STEP 4.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
